Russian manicure

A Russian manicure is done to perform cuticle care. File nails into the shape desired and then the rubber gel base is applied. Next either soft or hard gel is placed on the nail and worked to create a strong apex. Apply gel color and top coat. Rub hands with moisturizer, finish with oil.
Removal of existing polish must be booked separately.
Glitter, art and/or bling will be an additional cost.
